Lancaster County First Steps is a non-profit organization that collaborates with the community and other organizations to ensure that children are prepared for success in school and beyond.

“As a resident who was born, raised, and educated and currently resides in Lancaster County, I am delighted to serve as the Executive Director of Lancaster County First Steps. Near and dear to my heart are the programs and initiatives we implement and support as we take a holistic approach to supporting the children of Lancaster by addressing key elements necessary for their future success in school.

Being home-grown in Lancaster County has equipped me with a sense of pride and the drive to prepare our children to be ready to learn and navigate through their educational journeys.  Please know that I do not take this opportunity lightly and consider it a privilege to be called to do this work.”
